This policy explains how we handle personal data on espiritumontaraz.com, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Rockin' Lemons GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland · contact@espiritumontaraz.com
What we collect
- When you write to us. If you send an enquiry or an order request by email, we receive your name, email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you and to handle your order.
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records technical data in server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). This keeps the site secure and working. Logs are deleted after a short period.
- Your choices on this device. The site remembers that you confirmed you are 18+ and your cookie choice. This is stored in your own browser, not sent to us.
The site has no shop, no user accounts and no newsletter sign-up, and takes no payments.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies. If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from (for example Instagram or a Google search), and clicks on "Enquire to order", the contact email and Instagram. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) and processes your IP address in shortened form; we cannot identify you from it. If you click Only necessary, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Third-party services
- Hosting: Namecheap, Inc. hosts the website.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), only after your consent.
- Fonts: the fonts load from Google Fonts (Google LLC). To deliver them, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
- Instagram: links to our profile take you to Meta's service, under Meta's privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or recognised adequacy frameworks.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and handle orders, and for as long as Swiss law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Write to contact@espiritumontaraz.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
